- 1/4 cup Milk
- 1/2 teaspoon Cardamom powder
- 1/4 cup Chopped nuts
Besan Ladoos |
Ingredients:
- 1 cup Gram flour (besan)
- 1/2 cup Ghee
- 3/4 cup Powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon Cardamom powder
- 1/4 cup Chopped nuts
5.Kaju Katli:
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups Cashews
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1/2 cup Water
- 1/4 cup Ghee
6.Peda:
Ingredients:
- 1 cup Condensed milk
- 1 1/2 cups Milk powder
- 1/4 cup Ghee
- A pinch of Saffron
- 1/2 teaspoon Cardamom
Method: Mix condensed milk and milk powder in a pan with a bit of ghee. Cook on low heat, stirring continuously. Add saffron and cardamom. Once it thickens, shape into small, flattened rounds.
