It all begins in your mind, what gives you power to prevail over you. This is a very simple quote but it is giving a big message. Many times in our life we ​​feel that someone is overpowering us. We feel depressed or our confidence is running out. Every little thing hurts us. Whether it can happen from people, it can happen from a situation, it can happen from a relationship as well. But you know why it happens? When we give so much power or attention to those people, situations, relationships then they overpower us. All this happens then.  When you take that power away from them or you have eliminated that value from your life, those things automatically stop hurting you. So is this change happening? Answer is No . All this change is happening in your mind. That is why it is said that if you have won half the battle in your mind, then half the victory is already yours. Only half the victory remains to be achieved. Your mind plays such a big role in your life. What kind of environment do you give to your mind that decides how your life will be outside? If that environment is good then your life will be good and peaceful. If that environment is not good then your life will be messy, stressful, moreover small small things will make you stressed. So today I am not going to tell you any big points or steps which can bring big changes. This will help you, if a big challenge suddenly comes in front of you in your life, then you will not back down, you will not be afraid. Because your mind has got used to facing a new thing every time. Whether it is about a new skill ,a new talent or a new situation. Because you trained your mind in this way. Learning new things give you the strength to  face big challenges.
