Pani puri Panipuri, a delightful street food in India, is widely enjoyed and goes by various names such as gol gappa or puchka. I have a homemade recipe to share with you for preparing panipuri. Mushroom and green peas curry Ingredients: 1 cup green peas (matar) 1 cup sliced mushrooms 1 onion, finely chopped 2 tomatoes, finely chopped 2 cloves of garlic, minced 1 inch ginger, minced 1 green chili, finely chopped 1 tsp cumin powder 1 tsp coriander powder 1/2 tsp turmeric powder 1/2 tsp red chili powder Salt to taste 2 tbsp oil 1/2 tsp cumin seeds 2 tbsp chopped cilantro for garnish Instructions: Heat oil in a pan and toss in cumin seeds. As soon as they begin to sizzle, introduce finely chopped onions and stir until they acquire a golden brown hue. Incorporate the ginger and garlic, giving them a minute to infuse their flavors.
